Journeys are always interesting
But a dream journey to the past
Is really amazing.
It's never easy to recollect
Those faded pictures of childhood
And the colourful ones of collegelife
Slogans raised and ideologies shared.
On that day my soul came out
From this horrible silence
On that day I wept a lot
I started my journey
At the end
I realised how glorious
My past was.

ALARM @ 3.30
Give me back
My precious dawns
A cup of tea
And my favourite newspaper.
Give me back
My romantic evenings
Golden moments of friendship
Time which I spend in the library
And smell of those old books.
Take away those shots-
Bolt and Isinbayeva
Instead of Che and Jasmine.
This is how a depressed mind thinks
Whose valentine remains as
A distant dream
Whose mind was conquered
By loneliness
And here comes the time to wake up
Someone calls me from the sleep
Suddenly the alarm starts ringing
It's 3.30 a.m.
